He is well known for his prowess in stratigic diplomatic practices as well as the reality of war and conquest. He is a master tactician and employs every facet of war at his disposal. His powers of persuasion are unmatched by any other political figurehead in the world. Being highly influential in other villages as well as winning over favor of the daimyos. Contradictory to popular believe Isano does believe that a new world order is to be established. But not by pure conquest of smaller villages but by cultural diffusion. His belief is that all the people of this world have more in common than they think. War never ceases but full scale conflict is uneccessary to bring the world under a new order. His belief in the superiority of the Land of Lightning is only in their practice not in racial or cultural superiority. He wishes to spread his beliefs to the far corners of this world. But enemies lurk in every corner and practice is always different from reality.
