Technique Specialisation

Ok so our staff had a meeting and we were thinking...instead of just allowing anyone to use any move how about we curb the things that one character can do. Hence the idea of Technique specialization was born. You pick two of the categories in which to specialize and these are the areas in which you can learn the A and S rank techniques or in lamans terms the higher end moves. There are 5 areas of specialization:

Taijutsu specialist
Genjutsu specialist
Ninjutsu specialist
Medical jutsu specialist
Weapons specialist

For weapons specialist you are allowed to create as many powerful weapons as you can. You are also the only characters allowed to use these weapons with absolutely no training watsoever. The characters are allowed to give away their weapons if they want (to a different user) but it must be within the rp so that there is reference of this handoff and also the character that recieves the weapon must train to use it.

Note for certain skill sets that you need certain specialisations
eg Puppet master must be Weapons/Ninjutsu Specialist

In order to be a taijutsu master to the extent where you can use the 8 gates technique. You cannot have ninjutsu as a specialist technique.
