Thats right guys its up. Just by submitting your user name here you are eligible to win a bijuu which will be sealed into 1 of your characters (must be a new char of genin rank/not an existing 1 either must be brand new), just put your username in a reply to this post and it will be put into a randomizer to choose who wins which bijuu thus creating a new jiinchuuriki. Have fun guys.
