C5-Seishi:The user needs absolute mastery of every clan jutsu and chakra control. The user raises their arms up to the sky and thousands of pin sized balls shoot from the hand and they are layerd with a chakra so the user can control the balls and where they move. The ballls are small but they explode with the force that would leave a 3 foot deep and 5 foot wide hole in the ground.The user wastes a very large amount of chakra when using this technique.
